Sending Off heads

Ok im sending my heads off in the next week. I was just wondering if It is really worth going with a trickflow spring set. I have gt40p's and right now i still have the stock springs and rockers. what would be the benefit?

I'd upgrade valve springs for sure since the heads are off the car. Valve spring pressure is very critical to engine performance. If you are going to use a bigger that stock cam you need springs matched to the cam. Even if you are running a stock cam I'd put a new set of springs on.

If you have the heads off and are buying springs why not throw a cam in that thing. Little extra bite lot of extra bark
