91 Mustang GT w/ Excessive Vibration

I just bought my GT before deployment and threw in a King Cobra Clutch Kit, brand new engine mounts, transmission mount, and a Ford Racing Firewall Clutch Adjuster. Well the hangers on the stock exhaust busted off and took it to a very reputable exhaust shop to get a sturdy set of hangers to welded on. After I took it in, I used the Mustang to pick my wife up from work and on the way home the hangers busted off and flew from the bottom of my undercarriage. I brought the car back to get new hangers put on today and got some advice from the guys at the exhaust shop. They said either the clutch is out of balance or missing some hardware on one or more of the mounts. I just want to know if anyone has some advice on where I should start.

did it just start doing it when you got the clutch put in?

is it only vibrating under load? only while driving? if so, at what speeds/rpm? does it do it in neutral while sitting still and revving?
