spark plug lean or rich?
ok so i found the culprit in the studdering its the #2 cylender i am pretty sure its the injector. all the plugs are clean on the tips but black all around the plug. except for the #@ plug it is black around the plug but the tip looks like its a rusted color these plugs have only been used for about an hour total. i think the injector may be dumping too much fuel in and causing the plug not to ignite the fuel when it should causing the studdering at low rpm's
any iput??

your description throw me of the way you use the words tip and plug.
do you mean the ground strap, or the electrode or the base of the threads? All three areas are reading points.

So if it is a brownish color (I hope that is what you mean by rust color and not actual rust) on the grounding strap that usually means it is a touch rich, but you really need to check the plugs right after doing a WOT pass, pull over and pull the plugs and look at them. Pulling them after it has idled for 5 minutes doesn't really tell you much since they will have cleaned off.
So the #8 cyl looks fine now? Ghost in the machine?
