i dont have ford racing headers but if you go with long tubes beware that you WILL have to pull the tranny and bell housing.

My coupe is a police interceptor, but is has a AOD tranny, which i hear is kind of rare. That is why I am planning on running shorty headers, since the long tubes are a REAL tight fit with the AOD tranny.

I have FRPP shorties on my LX. They are nice. They seem to be made well and I have had no problems with them. I'm not sure who makes them for Ford, but they're pretty nice.

just don't get the equal length FRPP headers....they are good but a pain in the dick to get in. Don't think the gains were worth the extra hassle.
