Seat belst help

I have a slight problem in my car(A 93 coupe). The rear seat belt shoulder bolts have been cut off. I figure I have 3 options. 1. Fix the bolts someway and buy a set of seatbelts, which i don't really have the money for. 2. Rig me a set of lap belts up. 3. Put a rear seat delete kit in, which I also don't really have the money for. There are pros and cons to all of these. Nobody can ride in the back with a seat delete kit. I do not know how hard it would be to get a set of lap belts and fix them up. My main problem is money. Any help/ideas would be greatly appreciated.

put the rear seat delete in,,,,eventually when u get money..you have an excuse to not drive a bunch of people around..just room for u and the girl..lol..i have the one with precut holes for a system, which looks sweet.. i think its like 100$ and it lightens up your car..hey but are both seat belts screwed up or just one? im sure the cheapest will probably be to fix what you got..

Its a long story but both studs that hold the belts on have been cut off, and i don't have a set of belts anyways so i will prob. just put a delete kit in. I would like to have it where i could ride more than one other person in it though. I like the idea of the sound system. I had thought of that and think it would be sweet. I have the speakers and amp, just need the delete kit.
