no build plans just get a really big peice of cardboard and cut it to the contours of the inside and trace it on some mdf then cout it out. i used a goodyear knee pad for the shape of the hole i cut out and wrapped it in carpet using contact cement and stapels.

i would say i proly put about 25-30 lbs of material back in but between the back seats and the carpet in the back along with the cardboard cover and heavy inselation thats about 50 lbs. the back seat (top part) proly weigh about 20 or more each its like a plate of steel in the back.

ither way i added weight from what i had before but it looks alot better and the weight will just help keep me from spinning.

Nice, you could have built me one...lol

Clean that bitch...just spray it down with a fire hose.

BTW...there are a lot of those for sale on Ebay, of questionable quality.

Can't you put a hinge on the front piece so you can get into the front through the front...if that makes any sense.

That looks awesome - great job. Is it just the weight of it that holds it in place?
