You have any experience with this??

So I have a 95 GT, and about 2 years ago after the car had been running hot I had taken it to a local shop who told me it was using more coolant than they could keep in it. He said coolant was pooring into the oil, or visa versa. So not having the money to fix it right then I just let the car sit. Now Im selling it to my cousin and we had just finished bolting the heads and intake back on after changing the head gaskets however, not only did the head gaskets look good, so did the cylinders, and the heads. So we are starting to think maybe the guy wasnt being honest about the car. It has never leaked antifreeze, and never smoked.... Is it possible he misdiagnosed the cars condition? Or maybe is there a bigger problem like a cracked block? If so, where is the fluid? When the car was running it seemed to me that the fan either wouldnt come on until it was too late, and if it did, it wasnt high speed. I had then changed my thermostat, engine coolant temperature sensor, and water pump. We should be ready to fire her up tomorrow.. But if you have any suggestions Im all ears. Sorry for the long post...

Did you check the oil to see if there was antifreeze in it? If you let it sit with antifreeze in the crankcase, you probably have some shot bearings.

Nope, didnt see a drop... Everything look good, especially for 173k on her. Put everything back together and started her up, adjusted the timing and she ran good. Let her idle for a while, so far so good. Tried to take her for a spin, but now we have the clutch issue. It wont go into any gear when running.
