wiring


i have a 92 coupe that is a 4cyl car and im putting a carbed 351w in it so what do i need for wiring. i took out the 4cyl efi harness and the dash and column harness. i didnt cut any thing so i can put back in what i need but i want least wires possible.

Painless wiring kit will give you the least wires (and leave a big dent in you wallet!). I left all of the wiring in the dash and just stripped out the EFI related stuff. Left the solenoid wiring alone and rerouted the stuff in the engine compartment to hide it. Pulled the main computer harness and sold that junk on E-bay. Don't forget to retain neutral safety wiring and clutch interlock if its a manual car. Ryan has posted up several links previously concerning which wires specifically. Just do a thread search.
