Lost Timing Chain Cover Bolts Help


im swapping my engine in my 91 5.0 and lost the bolts to the timing chain cover, does anyone know where i can get some new ones, they are the special bolts where its thread, nut, threads for the waterpump. Please Help

naah u dont need it it is a 5/16x18 thred bolt and you dont need the one your thinking of. i didnt use mine just get a bolt long enough.

You can get a 302 water pump kit from ARP, but it will not have the water pump
accessory bracket bolts like you are talking about.

If you call ARP, you can send the bolts in and they will send you
the right ones in exchange. Dont know why they dont have kit for it though.

What I did was get a 3/8 nut to use as spacer on the 5/16 bolt
between the water pump and accessory bracket to push
the bracket out that little bit like the stock bolts do.

It's a bit of a pain getting the front bracket on and off, but it works fine
and everything lines up properly.
