need answers please!!!

ok, so im gettting ready to redo the complete top end. soo heres what i have in mind tell me what you think. it has the stock bottom end with stock pistons and all. soo i want trickflow tw heads, and i was wondering about the cam, im wanting a comp cams camshaft with the lift around .550 .560. ive heard you can only go up to .544 with stock heads, but since the TF heads have different valve placement i remember ready a post by darrel saying it would work. does anybody e;se know about this? the intake is gonna be a holley systemax. how does this setup sound? what do you guys estimate horsepower wise? anybodys opinions would be greatly appriciated. thnx.

The trick flow stage 2 will probably beat every cam except a custom grind beacuse it is made to work with those heads. Same with the intake.

I think you are going to end up building a boat anchor for the motor

if youve never used their stiff personally or built a motor i dont see how u cant like a good companies stuff, and the tw heads move the valves so u dont need valve reliefs

Video - 25mpg 5 liter in my 91 Mustang GT daily driver with all power accesories including A/C and full exhaust. 11.59 @ 115 mph with stock T5 and 3.55 gears. We drove this car from Wisconsin to California and back.

Do not hold this against me but i think this was the car.

I've run Twisted Wedge heads and .560 lift cams with stock 5 liter short blocks and no problems. Make sure you check valve to piston clearance no matter what cam you choose. Valve timing events have more of an effect on valve to piston clearance than lift does.
