Summit Star Wheels Fitment???

Does anyone know if the summit star wheels will fit a 4-lug fox mustang? I wanted to get the 15x8 for the rear with 4.5" backspacing and the 15x4 for the front with 1.75" backspacing. Will these fit?

I don't think Summit offers the "Stars" in 4 lug. They do have the drag lite look alikes in 4 lug though.

no they have the star wheel in four lug.

Summit, Wheels - summitracing.com

Im just more worried about why the backspacing on the 15x4 wheels is so small (is it because the wheel width is smaller?)

You might wanna change the backspace on the 15x8's to 5.5. And of course the backspace is so small because there is not much wheel their.

Why do you suggest a larger backspace? Is it because the wheel would otherwise stick out too far?

your welcome I would probably not go any larger than a 185 on a 4 in wheel although you can, i would just stick to a smaller tire. I prefer a 165 or 175 70r 15 for the front of my car. Btw thanks for the rep.

I just ordered my wheels, I got 15x4 for the front with 4x4.25" bolt pattern, 1.75" backspacing. And for the rears I got 15x8 for the rears with 4x4.25" bolt pattern, 5.50" backspacing. Does this sound OK, just want to be sure before the order goes through?!?!
