Is it both of them? Are you sure the flasher is out?

If one of the bulbs is out the turn signal wont work...

Do you have a Chiltons? Or some kind of Repair Manual?

Yeah when you have a bulb go out the dash wont flash and nothing will click...It will just light up the arrow...

Check you bulbs to see if they are even lighting up...

It could be but since your horn is not working as well I would say it is a fuse or you did not hook something back up...

If it was just the signals then I would say it could be the flasher...

So did it all work before you took it apart?

Horn and Turnsignals?

Can you flip your high beams on and off?

Just trying to see if the switch is working at all on that lever...

woooooo woo

E-Flashers are on thr Fuse Box, Turn signal Flashers are behind the radio, on a bracket, usually Blue plastic.

I would say one or more of your wires is loose on the back of the steering columb.

There are 3-4 harnesses that plug into the steering column. I was having a prob with my turn signals and I found out that the plastic harness had a broken tab that was allowing the wire to not properly seat. I just crimped the wire, and made it grip a little tighter for now. I will eventually get a new entire plastic harness assembly. I would check all of the wires and harnesses on the steering column. Sounds like 2 of them are loose to me
