Project Blwn91 Rebuild Pics

hey everyone, for those who dont know what ive been undergoing, heres a short story. I picked up this 91gt about 1 month ago. A little over 2 weeks ago I took it down US41 Dragstrip during Street Car Chaos. Shifted from 3rd to 4th and blew a headgasket. For the past 2weeks i have spent many countless hours in the garage wrenchin. Not easy when you basicly tear everything from the upperblock to the lower block, while labeling all the wires, polishing all the surfaces for a clean gasket seal, degreasing the engine bay, hiding as many wires as possable, and then putting everything back together and modifing things due to some aftermarket parts. I figured while everything was torn down and moved it, it was a phenomenal time to clean, paint, and purchase some aftermarket parts. Heres all what was installed/being installed. New Aluminum Radiator, Flexlite Low Profile Dual Electric Fans, Aluminum/Chrome Catchcan, MSD Coil, MSD Wiring Harness, MSD 6BTM, Edelbrock Victor Series Aluminum Water Pump, Ported and Polished the Heads, Felpro Gaskets, Edelbrock Gaskets,Custom Fab Powersteering Pump Bracket, Custom Painted Brackets, Wire Looms ect. Everything has gone somewhat smooth with some hassles here and there. Overall a great learning experince and I thank those on MM who has helped guide me through this rebuild.

Starts with the begining pics and up to the most recent.
Thanks for looking

Maybe its just me but there is WAY too much going on in that engine bay.

So why did you blow a headgasket? Any clue, bad tune or something.

How long did it take you from the start to finish. Took me about a month do finish mine. Except i did heads, cam, intake, all gaskets, headers, cap, wires, rotor, coil, alternator, wiring, balancer, w-pump pulley, waterpump, roller rockers, pushrods, lifters, oil pan, gasket and oil pump, hardend shaft, mid-pipe, o2 sensors, 255 pump and seals.

Thanks 4 the compliments, Yea one of my friends said they didnt like the loom covers, but he dosent realize that its a show car, i mean it has the horsepower for a drag car, but its to clean and showy.

The car looks good but i think they forgot to paint the engine compartment when they painted the car/. And no offense but i consider that a nice street car not a show car imo. i mean its nice on the outside but the engine compartment is lacking and how does it look underneath.
