How can i tell?????


i am looking to buy a mass air meter and mass air computer i know they came in the fox's 89 and up but if they are outta the car how can i tell if the computer is mass air or sd ? any help would be great

The computer will say either A9L or A9P on it in pretty large letters

theres a pic of an A9L computer but an A9P will work too. The difference is that an A9l is out of a manual car and an A9P is from an automatic. If your car is a manual car you can use either computer, but if its an automatic you should only use the A9P

its five speed so shouldnt i use the L ? doesnt the auto have a rev limiter or something in it ? thankz by the way

it wont really matter if you use the L or the P but I prefer the L because it has a more aggressive fuel curve but they really isnt any noticeable difference, you'll be fine either way
