Violent Shake Common?

I have a 90vert 5 speed, Normal bolt ons, heads cam intake and gears... I say the problem is in my drive line not motor. Because I feel my shake at higher speeds. Now my friends 90 Hatch is different. He has a 347, And many better bolt ons. Yet his shake is with the clutch pressed(away from the flywheel) at 3400 and up everytime! His I believe is the dampner. Oh I also know that my 4.10s are bad. (i know they are overkill but I bought it that way). But my shifter shakes so bad Its crazy.

So question is..... Is there also other COMMON shake issues I should know about?
Thanks

I had a shake in my car but i have new urethane motor and tranny mounts good gears with a locker and new 31 spline axles. After rebalancing all my tires I replaced the stock driveshaft with a new aluminum one and the vibration went away... not sayin that is your prob but that is what happened to me...

I had the same issue in my 91...

It ended up being the drive-shaft was not balanced...

I bought a new drive-shaft and it fixed it...

I just bought a new Ford Racing alimunum shaft. I needed one anyway because of the amount of power my car has. I have no idea how much or where you could get that done.

Yeah I just went and bought a new drive-shaft...

A local auto shop had a drive-shaft balancer and they checked it and my drive-shaft was all kinds of out of balance...
