well hi to all ive been gone for a really long time....anyway stuff happens and WOODY1 im sorry but im broke and cant get that engine just yet sorry i havnt contacted you sooner but hey im in iraq....anyway i need to know if any of you know a good place to put an ignition system for a street car so it wont be in the way and also out of the water...it rains a lot in hawaii...thanks

is it true that you have to up the gauge of wire since its so far away from the the dist?

In the glovebox, under the seat, on pass. trans tunnel...

hey, i just had the same concerns as yourself. I never drive or take it out in any bad climates, but wanted it free of all elements, considering i just spent a lil over 4$$ on the MSD 6BTM ignition. I just mounted my box where the passenger feet would go, i will post some pics tomorrow

the trunk seems a long way for the current to travel doesnt current drop per foot??

yeah usually you up the gauge of wire so current travels easier

id put it between the pass/driver seat, glovebox or places like that.

anywhere where it wont be kicked or damaged like that

what about on the underside for your front bumper behind the plastic, that way it is in front of all of the water getting sprayed from the tires and it will be outside of the engine heat?
