Adjusting fuel pressure will do nothing for this problem. Check to make sure the firing order is right. Also check the timing and make sure the spout is out when you check it. I'd set the timing to 14 or 15 degrees and see how it runs. Is the cam timing correct? Are there any vacuum leaks?

im almost positive the cam timings correct, my friend set my timing to 12 degrees too, revs up fine and sounds good in neutral just kinda rough otherwise

I had sort of the same type of problem mine ended up being... on one of the plug wires i didnt bend it like I was supposed to and it just touched a hot header... also my dizzy cap was bad... I took it to my tuner after I replaced the plug wire and he put it on the dyno and done his thing... I ended up having to leave it overnight and he stayed after hours fixing my problem... he ended up replacing my dizzy cap with his spare shop one and mine has run soo damn good since then... I initially thought vacuum leak though...

Yeah i did the spark plugs yesterday gapped the .44
and did the time to 14 degrees anymore i think it will start detonating.
i took it out after it still sputter a lil bit but still lacking the power but when im at a stop it smells bad like it's just dumping fuel into the block and it's going threw gas like crazy so i think it's running rich cuz of the cobra MAF in it Bcuz it doesn't have a meter in it?

Would that make a difference?

Have you looked at the distributor itself? I had a similar problem and ended up replacing my coil/wires/cap and rotor/plugs just to find out it was the distributor. The magnetic pickup was just rattling around inside it. Looked and felt fine when we took the cap off and checked it but when we got it out parts started rattling and falling out. Replaced it and the car runs awesome.

Yes. The Cobras calibrate the injector size the correct way......in the computer. The mass air isn't "calibrated" for 24lb injectors, the computer is. If you have a Cobra computer and are using a mass air meter that is calibrated for 24lb injectors for an A9L or equivalent computer you will possibly run into driveability issues. The same applies if you use an A9L or equivalent computer with a Cobra mass air meter and 24lb injectors.
