Spyder Intake
okay well Im about ready to replace my TFS track heat intake with A spyder intake... now here comes the question... I know I need larger injectors (30# are working at 92% already) so 42# injectors would naturally be my choice, with that would I need new fuel rails maybe even a 255lph fuel pump? also Im assuming the best MAF and TB would just be the 90mm right? and of course I am gonna have jay grind a new cam for me...and I would get another dyno tune... wow this is turning out rather expensive...I might as well just save up the extra dough and get the 2.055 intake valves in my canfield 195 heads...

man I love them... I ordered them from Jay Allen along with a custom cam and actually they were back ordered and jay never got his hands on them they 100% ootb 195's and I am impressed... also I like them because they dont have any markings or logos on them... it makes it pretty fun when someone looks and they ant figure out what heads im running...

1st: Get the Edlebrock Vic Jr EFI. Same thing as Spyder, but cheaper (which is a copy of the Vic.)
You have to get the $80 matching Edlebrock fuel rails for it. (same w/ spyder) 2nd: order just the TB elbow from Coast High. They cost about $150 3rd: I would get the Lightning 90mm MAF and Accufab 85mm "race" TB. 4th: Get the Anderson 4" power pipe CAI with 9" filter. 3 and 4 will really open up intake path for zero restriction.

331ci...tfs track heat intake, canfield 195 heads, jay allen (top secret lol) cam, 75 mm tb, 73 maf, 30# injectors, canton 7qt oil pan, centerforce dual friction clutch, CAI, 1&3/4 inch shorty headers (i know get long tubes) they have been opened a god bit at the collectors... 2.5" x-pipe, magnaflow blow through mufflers, rear seat delete, ac delete, electric fan, 200 amp altenator, custom dyno tuned chip (SCT) by Tony G at HP performance... Suspension: Baseline pro launch 1 kit (Anti roll bar & double adjustable upper control arms), Pro3i Weight Jacker Lower control arms, battle boxes, subframes, strange 10-way adjustable shocks and stuts, stock springs,3.73's... weld draglites (skinnies up front) 10" slicks on the back... no times yet with this new setup...I ended up reusing my old intake and I was really satisfied with the 488 hp in the engin dyno... also I really need a new tranny... Truth be told its my daily driver right now and if I break it Im walking...lol... but my engine builder (Zane Bates) said a similar motor came through his shop that went 10.70 consistantly with a 3000 lb car with driver in it....

I would keep the TFS upper and lower intake just as some spares or if I ever needed extra moola I could get rid of them pretty easily...

Ask Zane or dyno it with and without the spacer. Every engine is different.
