Water temp guage leaking
Just installed an Autometer Phantom mechanical water temp guage on my '89 5.0. Didn't need an adapter, it screwed in fine where the hold one was. However, it's leaking from the top of the screw/bolt that I screwed in, when I start the car. Am I supposed to seal it with something?

I assume it is NPT threads so you would use Teflon tape and don't overtighten it.
