[Steves LX]

I have a 89 LX with a 302 bored 30 over and plenty of goodies. I have a Carbon Fiber BBK clutch, aluminum driveshaft, World Class tranny, BBK short throw shifter, and 4.11 gear. Long story short when I shift from 1st-2nd gear between 4000-6000 RPM youcan feel the 2nd gear engage with your hand on the shifter but when you dump the clutch it grinds and then engages into 2nd but if you are driving normal it engages into second gear w/out any problems at all. Its just when you get up into the higher RPM range. Can anyone out there help me out please?

65CFM MAF & K&N Filter
75 BBK Throttle Body
Stage 3 Port & Polished Heads
303 cam/ low tension rings
Flat Top forged pistons/ High Volume oil pump
Mallory adjustable fuel guage
BBK full length headers
2 3/4" Flowmaster Exhaust/ Exit 3 1/2" tips
World Class T5 Tranny (which I am haveing problems with)
Carbon Fiber BBK clutch
Aluminum drive shaft
4.11 lightened gears/28 spline axle
BBK short shifter/clutch relay
Underdrive pulley
Electric fan

Ran a 12.67 1/4 mile w/ stock tires

Motor dynoed at 325 H.P./375 LBS Torque
