Im gonna get 1/2" mdf and make it... the kit i was looking at had two "doors" for storage compartments... one where the seat used to be and one over the spare tire... it only wieghed a little less than 50lbs...then again I might do something different to keep weight off...Im headed to the track this saturday if weather permits to run so I will probably take all my seats out except for the driver seat...

Shouldn't the rear seat delete kit only contain only a wrench, screw driver, and a large garbage bag to store removed seats in

On a more serious note, if using wood to make one or even buying a premade kit, make sure it is held in place with metal straps or some large bolts or it will turn into a nice solid fast moving 25 to 50 pound battering ram in an accident. Maybe the angles behind the wheel well would hold in place though?

im sure it was gonna come with some sort of tie downs...the thing i liked the most is it was computer cut to the perfect dimensions so it looked factory almost...and it came pre carpeted
