Quad shock mount help!!!

While trying to install my new quad shocks, I ended up stripping out one of the bolts that fasten the quad shock mount to the frame rail because I didnt have the right hardware. After trying a drill and an easy out I still can not get it out. So I was wondering if I could bolt the quad shock mount down towards the rear of the car, and weld the mount to the frame rail up front????

Also does anybody know what kind of bolts are supposed to fasten down the quad shock mounts because I need to get some new ones. I really need to start labeling this kind of stuff....

Thanks!

you might get wheel hop if you remove but give it a try
no wheel hop and no quad shocks = good

I would if I could, but it still wheel hops after the control arms and new lakewood 50/50s! I have heard from many people that they still needed the quads after new control arms, and unfortunately I am one of them.
