01 Radiator install

ok so I went to pull out the old Radiator today and install the new aluminum 2 core that I picked up off of AM. My car is a 5 Speed but I am assuming that the radiator that's in the car is from an auto. the Blowers feed and return lines are running into it via the 2 extra spots on the auto radiator which the aluminum one doesn't have.
so here is the question. tap the oil pan (were would I run the return line?)
or buy a auto radiator and call it a day?

bro don't tap into the oil pan. its a self contained unit running on tranny fluid. Buy a tranny cooler and mount it instead. It doesn't run off oil though you'll mess it up if you tap the pan and run it like that.

but anyways I wouldn't buy another radiator just use that one and run those lines to a good tranny cooler and your good to go. Think they start at like 50 bux.

yeah. It originally came w/ a cheap oil cooler in the kit but the guy I got it from didn't have it and the radiator had the built in cooler so I used it. Not sure how the tranny cooler is but just read the directions for in and out and it shouldn't be hard. That kit looks good though an not a bad price.

I figured it will be an easier install if I get the same name brand parts.
the radiator looks to be high quality so I am sure the oil cooler is too.

doesn't the car have an oil cooler attached already? since you used the radiators is it hooked up to anything that you know of?

meant tranny cooler. I used the tranny cooler on the radiator to cool the fluid instead of buying another one.

Is what hooked up to what? The supercharger coolant lines go to the pump that pumps it through the cooler then back into the supercharger housing.

I understand that aspect.

I just want to know if the thing that looks like a tranny cooler on the car is a stock tranny cooler or is an oil cooler. I can take pics if needed.

not too sure what it would be really.....shouldn't be a tranny cooler for the t5. Not sure if they came w/ an oil cooler. Car was completely stock when I got it and never had one put on though.
