DSS, or if you want a cheap one, go Ebay. Then you can take it apart, check all the clearances, take out all the shitty rod, and main bolts, replace them with good ones. send out the rotating assembly to have it balanced correctly. . . I'd just go with the DSS.

FordStrokers.com 331-347-393-408-418-427 stroker kits and ford parts.

331/347 short blocks for about $1,800
That guy has the best customer service I have ever seen.

Guy on MustangForums got 347 from him. It threw a rod with-in 300miles
(dont know why, shyt happens). Fordstrokers sent him a new shortblock
complete with all new gaskets, no questions asked, had it out to him in a
couple of days before he even got the broke short block back.

Good luck getting service like that from DSS

You might as well just buy the built short block.

After you buy the stroker kit and have all the machining done
to your block, you will save very little if any money by doing the final
assembly yourself.

Those guys make their profit from getting parts at wholesale and
on the money a machine shop would charge you anyway to prep the block.
They basically put it together for free for you.
