eh....f cam might be too much bro. Yeah there are better cams out there than an e cam but its a good cam w/ a good price and will be good w/ the mods you got. You should be fine w/ just the regulator and the 19's till you get the heads and intake. Ask a good shop what would be good for your setup either the 1.6 or 1.7 but I think 1.6 would be fine for what you're lookin at w/ that setup.

Maybe 20hp. You will notice a slight difference in power. I'd use the stock injectors though. You won't need the 30lb injectors until you do alot more work to that engine.

At the wheels?? if so thats good I think. I am hoping that with all this stuff and some GT40x heads with 1.6 RR and a mild cam to be scooting down the 1/4 in the 13 area like 13.8ish. then with a 100 shot maybe 13.1... Once i get the heads in there and the cam with the 30# injectors do you think that will get me some noticable HP? after that i am going to get a tune..

The heads will make more power than any other single part. I would waste time with GT40X heads. Get some TFS, Canfields or AFRs. Get a tune by a reputable tuner while you are at it. 94-95 GTs are in desperated need of a tune from the factory.
