Whats a safe rpm range for a 347?

Watch the last rev. Is that safe to do on a 347 or what would have to be done to do that.

Just depends on how the motor was built.
I've got a 347 sitting in the garage spec'd out for 6,500 rpm shifts

cam, valve springs and engine balance are what matter
