fuel pumps

hey will a high flow fuel pump need anything other than itself like a regulator or anything for a stock motor and can anyone send me a diagram or something like that for the wiring and location in car for the fuel pump and is it just and in tank or is there one inline too car is a 1988 gt please help guys

Pump is in the tank. Real simple job. Drop the tank, unplug the wires, pop the retaining ring off and pull the pump assembly out. Get yourself a 255lph pump and put it in. No need for any other items.

thanks darrell I just got a 255 and it came with an install kit... I thought it was just a simple swap job. thanks for clearing that up!
