a 4banger t5 (that im not using) for sbf roller rockers (crane aluminum 1.6 ratio) and stud kit? if so wat are they and wat do they help? like i know wat they are and ware they go. But wats the difference between those and stock?

also what year exploders( explorer thas wat we call um at my junk yard up here) has the intake that is just like a cobra? And if i put that intake on my 87gt hatch will i have to get a cowl hood for clearance or no?

the rockers and stuff is worth about 250-300.

That is a fair trade. Are the rockers used? If so check all of the bearings for wear. Also the Crane energizer rockers are only good to .600 lift. The rocker slot isn't long enough for any more than .600. The Crane gold series are a different story.

As for the intake, all 96-2000 V8 Explorers have a Cobra type intake. Yes it will fit under the stock hood.
