The rotors on the Mustang have an integral hub so if you are going to replace them, it would be in your best interest to replace the wheel bearings and the inner seal as well. The ad you referenced also states "NEW BEARING RACES and WHEEL STUDS installed" which is a good thing, that is two less things you would have to do yourself.

the thing I would be worried about is the quality. you never know though, the might be fine, just not sure I would buy them. If you get them, let us know how they hold up

I'd still rather buy a great set of KVR discs, and Hawk pads anyday. They last a long time, and your car can stop on a dime.
