smog pump elimination
Does anybody know what serpentine belt is suitable for -90 5.0 HO if I remove smog pump. Car has power steering and ac? I looked that maybe I must reroute belt differently, so ac has enough friction.

Thanks! actually when I looked, belt goes same route to ac, I don't have tensioner in place right now so it looked different. I just had exact lenght belt.

Take the AC off while your at it
 Then you can plasma cut the stock bracket that holds the ac+powersteering. Really Cleans up the engine bay. Pick up a GoodYear Gatorback belt tho. Best damn belt out there. Heres A Pic of the A/C removed and that shaved +painted bracket. |

the last number didgets an a belt are the total length of the belt if a belt read 855 it mean the belt is 85 and half inches long when you go to the store ask for a few belts that are in smaller incraments to find your fit as trial and error when you find the right one return the ones that are to big or to small if you cannot find a belt that fits your needs GATES can make you a custom size fit belt for ya !! GOOD LUCK BUDDY !!!
