Probably stuck on with rtv sealant, just needs a little prying off. Looking in the Haynes manual now and it doesnt say exactly how many bolts.

i would first make sure all the screws are off. try to get it off again, if no luck there i would use a rubber mallet and give it a few love taps. But dont kill it, it might break off pritty easy. But if your replacing it with a new one i guess if your angry and want it off now, it wont really matter what it looks like after ya beat the crap out of it. Especially if ya got a new one

But if you do find out that there was rtv sealant i would put some on the new one as well. Btw did ya get a stock replacement or a bigger aftermarket water pump? Anyways Good luck!

pry the water pump off carfully, try and pull it straight off if possible, then grab that broke bolt with a pair of vice grips and try and get it out, i would highly recomend using a can of PB blaster to loosen up rust and help break it free
