better setup?

ok ive finally narrowed it down to two set ups for my sn95 and i need some help on picking w/ my limited experience...

first one is a ford racing top end pack from latemodelrestoration.com

Cobra Intake
GT-40X Heads
1.7 Roller Rockers
Valve Covers
Timing Chain
Head Bolts
"E" Camshaft
Gasket Kit
bbk lt headers w/ xpipe
70mm tb
cai

for $2884

second one is one ive pieced together.

trickflow trackheat intake
edelbrock rpm heads(or trickflow twisted wedge)165cc
steeda #19 cam
gasket kit
bbk lt headers w/ xpipe
70mm tb
cai

for $2578

i also plan on spraying a 100-125 shot so im just kinda wondering how much hp/trq id be making between the two set ups and just which one as the best bang for my buck? thanks guys

Id think the second one would gain more power. Seems like a very nice combo. All the ford heads cam intake parts are pretty mild. They do work well tho theirs no getting around that.

your gonna need new lifters as well with set up #2,.. et's really depend on what other supporting mods you have. i.e.- suspension, tires, gears and stuff like that

used turbo kit for 2000 for your car, injectors, mass air, fuel pumps and tune. about $2900. theturboforums.com has a few used kits for your car. Just my .02.

But on the combo you are talking about.
AFR 165s w/1.6 roller rockers
Anderson Ford Camshaft!!! like a N-51??
RPM II intake
24 lb. injectors w/matching mass air meter
Long-tubes
TUNE!!!!TUNE!!!!TUNE!!!! its a curse of the 94-95 they have to have it.

the naturally aspirated set up or the turbo set up,... either way the answer is yes,.. proper tunes are key like turbogumby said, but yes,... none the less
