Torque Setting for Control arm's and Bushing

Hey guys i was wondering something, well i have new upper and lower rear control arm bushings coming in and i was curious is there a Torque setting on these things? Also the Rear End is in the air so i was worried that when i drop it they wont spread out and lay correctly with the ground if i tighten the bolts on the control arms too much.
So is it even possible that if i tighten the bolts too hard that when i drop the rear end i could have poor suspension response or have any affects on the car/driving and cornering abilities? Or can i just tighten them as much as i want then drop the car and it wont even make a difference?
I hope this makes sense and someone can help me out. Thanks guys i just dont wanna screw this up so i though i would ask. Thanks! - The Novice.

Torque the front upper control arm bolt to 70-100 ft. lbs and the rear upper control arm bolt to 85-105 ft. lbs.

Torque the front lower control arm bold to 80-105 ft. lbs and the rear lower control arm bolt to 70-100 ft. lbs.

This is what my good friend Chilton told me.
