Not hard at all, reach back there and pull out the PCV valve, replace it with the new one, put it back in. You should be able to do that without even looking. While you're at it, take out the pcv filter in there located below the pcv valve and spray it down with some carb cleaner to clean the gunk out of the filter and replace it back, or buy a new one.

Uh dude, replacing a PCV valve will not help your oil pan bolts from coming loose. You need to make sure you torque correctly and not using Home depot bolts. If you have crankcase pressure problems be ready for a rebuild. If your bolts are coming loose, you have a whole new problem so never heard of that.

PCV valve, use only the motorcraft ones, the autozone and parts store ones are junk.
Bolts coming loose? Never heard of that, I always use silicone on the oil pan and that tends to keep the bolts from turning. You can always use thread locker, just use the weakest strength.

that is going to suck if i have to rebuild the motor cuz i don't make enough money to do that. i am using actual oil pan bolts. i tried torquing down the oil pan bolts but i ended up snapping one. the only bolts that keep coming loose are 3 one the passenger side of the engine right over the crossmember, since i have a stock k-member i have to use one of those u-joint extensions so i don't know if i am tightening them up enough

i took the pcv valve out and shook it and it still rattled, i took the pcv filter out and sprayed it down with carb cleaner. the filter wasn't that dirty suprisingly.
