the upper c/a is ripped off of the chassis..................lol prob not a laughin matter but i think its funny how its just sitting on top of the muffler. hhhmmmmmmm could this be why my car felt like the rearend was sliding from side to side??? guess ill have to get it welded back on before thursday night. i hope. other than that ive removed the weight off the rearend that hangs on the bottom of the diff, removed the quad shocks, removed front and rear bumpers, and removed the power steering, a/c, and smog pump, along with all a/c and heater components behind dash.

You should probably be looking into buying the reinforcement kit. Battle Boxes I think they're called...

Battle boxes go in the bottom (lower) control are mounts. There is a reinforcement kit made for the upper mounts but it's kind of a bugger to install.

well i know nothin about suspension so im gonna google it and look up some things and study on it. a friend of mine up the street welds and fabricates so we might be able to do somethin without havin to buy reinforcement kits and all that b/s. ive got some metal 2x2's and 2x4's. ill have to see but it doesnt look like ill be gettin it into the 13's this thursday. im thinkin if we welded the bracket back up there and then welded everything to the floorpan it might hold? guess we will find out.
