the only people who mod their cars like that here are the taxi drivers.....you see a lot of nice cars where I am from but there are not a lot of places to have work done so most people here do it themselves I am currently working with the guy that did my paint to start doing all kinds of mods...from stereos to body kits to lift kits to air bags ....there is a lot of nice cars here now and the people are really getting into modding their cars a lot more than before
