I made 568 rwhp and 377 rwtq with a stock 302 and those exact heads........... I was running a 4 inch exhaust all the way out the back.....Dyno tuner said if I upgrade to 5.5 inch exhaust I could see close to 700 hp.........
They dont have much info out there on these heads....cant really google it.....they flow 150 cfm on the intake and 428 on the exhaust....My chamber size was .7809 liters and I had the upgraded moroso drag springs installed....I had to make custom sheet metal valve covers for them but it was worth it..... These heads really like a restrictive intake....I added jb weld to the stock intake ports to slow down air flow and increase velocity......

I thought you were talkin about a diesel with a LOT of boost.....especially with 5.5" exhaust and I have never heard of restricting air flow helping anything especially with JB weld...lol...i was about to order those heads and some 5.5" exhaust for my ride....

They are nice middle of the road heads.
There are better for sure, but those are from bad themselves. Not going to hit 400 with those heads. Some AFR 185's and a good custom cam with true 6,500rpm shifting will meet your goals. Know a guy had 306 with above set-up, ran 11.8's all motor.

were running those heads on my friends 302.. really basic build up. I'm a big fan of dart and canfield heads, but he got them for 500 bucks for the set so screw it.
Standard 302, rebuild with forged pistons, gasketmatched edel performers, lunati 230/230, Dual plane intake, demon 625, 1in carb spacer, shorty headers and dumps, hoosier dr's, T5 fox body went 13.5@103, 100 shot went 12.1 @ 113. They aren't bad

I would saw with the right suspension setup, more gear and 34 deg of total timing it should be a solid 12.5 car.
