carb question (old holley)

Well bought the 89 convertible 347 car, pulling engine out tomorrow.

Here's the deal the last owner pulled the fuel injection and carbed the car back in 95 he bought the car and some of the parts from his buddy that was into old big blocks and cobra kit cars. He had this carb left over from his boss 302 restoration and other big block projects. Its a vacuum secondary 735 cfm and had the automatic choke on it originally and now has a mechanical choke, jet extentionals and a quick change spring set-up, He had saved all the old original parts so if someone ever needed them for an orginal restoration.

Here's the number from the choke horn
C9AF-9510 U
list 4609
2608
C9AF means its a 69 model. U for universal

Now the thing is the last number is 2608 I found that as a date code so is that 26 Aug 69 where later they changed there ways cause most pictures I've found of this has a 002 maybe for 2002????????????????
We found on Holleys site its still sold as a race carb legal for class racing. But this has the correct dates for a restoration and is great shape. This is apparently a 428 cobra jet carb.

Can anyone in the know please verify what I have and street value.
The amount of work to switch my car over to carb fashion is easily out weighed by the sell value of all the parts, intake is fully ported and polished and port matched , carb is really, fuel tank is sumped and has twin pumps hanging of the back and relays and wiring are all still there.

Let me know thanks.
