Race a 07 Gt ???

niggadrew Regular Join Date: Jun 2006 Location: LAS WAGES NEVADA Posts: 86	Race a 07 Gt ??? so the other day i was at 7 11 gettin a big gulp and this guy walks in and asks me if that was my stang out front so we started talkin and or corse i was talkin shit sayin how i would wax his ass ... lol so he called me out and wants to race for pinks next friday at the track ... so my question to yalll is what should i do ta my car in one week that will give me the edge i browed some slicks from one of my buddys shold i go invest in some spray? or what my car runs high 9's low 10's on street tires ? any suggestions???? __________________ well shit this town aint big enuf for the both of us

well if the guy flat out said "lets race for pinks" then you know he has something or he wouldnt say that. i would say get that damn thing with eveything it will hold! spray, or twins, you will need something just in case!

First go Heads up (No NOS, no sandbagging, etc...). See who wins. If he wins, figure out by how many car lengths. Tell him to give you lets say for example 3 car lengths before he takes off at the light. That is what makes racing fun especially for pinks. Id say that without knowing what you have in that car and already running 9's and 10's you have a good chance at winning his car.

IMO i like racing to be heads up, run what cha brung, stuff. Thats just me though. That is the only way to know who is the true king. you might want to do the best 2 of 3 this way. That would be awesome. Get some videos up if it goes down.
