How to roll my fenders

Anyone have this down step by step. I currently have some 17 inch cobra r's with some 275 street tires on it. The car sits pretty low. And I want to try to stuff some 275 mickey thompson et streets on their. Anyone think they will fit with rolling the fenders?

buy/ rent a fender roller.

most speed shops have them on hand.

i think you have to remove the quad shock but i dont know

Wont removing the quad shock make the car ride like ass? I was hoping to burn my tires off tomorrow, then put the dr's on. I'm not ganna mount em if they don't fit. Id be pretty effed.

you can flip the quad shocks for a little extra room..
once you get control arms you can loose the quad shocks all together

My 275 Nittos fit with plently of room...have thrown out the factory control arms and quad shock though....

275's should fit on a fox fine normally.

I am running a 275/40/17 street tire. These mickys have meety ass side wall which scares me. The car has eibachs all around, and the contol arms don't look stock. Their a rectangular shape and blue. Whats the stock peice look like?

As for the fender rolling, Darrell once said a fat guy and a baseball bat'll do the trick. If you have any heavy friends call 'em up!

Lmao I have to pretty big friends that work on cars, one of them suggested that. The other big guy works at tires plus and might be able to bring the tool to my house lol. Ironic how you mention this.

check your clearence on both sides with the tires you have now to see how much room youve got to work with. they should fit if youve got 275 street tires on there right now.

I'm ganna give it a visual study tomorrow. Idk I knowtheir the same size tire and all but these dr's seem so much bigger.

305s and up is normally where you gotta start rolling the fenders

If the MTs are the same size theyll fit just fine. And your control arms are deff aftermarket. Take off your quads and try if you have any wheel hop, if those are any good you shoudnt have any.

never had wheel hop with the car. It's na and slow. I'm putting a h/c/ilow compression 302 back together with a v2strim. So these mickys might be needed.

ive seen a trick with a 2x4 were you beat the inside of the fender by putting the 2x4 straight in on the body by the suspension and beating that back to make more room
