Bogging Down At Wot, Please Help

Just installed new trick flow heads, trick flow intake, 1.6 roller rockers, 70 mm throttle body, 75mm pro m mass air, 24lb injectors, 255 lph fuel pump, fuel pressure is at 42lbs. Timing is at 16 degrees. The car runs good at half throttle and when its at about 35mph I will hit it at WOT and it takes off like a bat outa hell, but when i floor it off the line it like goes nowhere and really bogs down. It runs worse then when the car was totally stock. I've notice that my idle will seem to go up and down alot on its own and the fuel pressure will move from 40 to 50 psi sometimes on it's own. I've been trying to tweak different things but nothing really seems to help. Do you think the car needs to be professionally dyno tuned with a custom chip. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I want to say fuel or timing or vacume problem. but if it idles fine...(scratches head)

mine bogs down if I gas it going around a corner and I want to replace the fuel pump but you have already done that.

with the vacume on and unplug that black plug thats attached to a couple of wires by you distibutor. (it just kinda hangs there) set your timing and plug it back in 15-18 should be fine. If it doesnt ping at WOT keep going higher as soon as it pings bring it back down.

These got me thinking that youve got fuel pressure setted with vaccume line attached. Your fpr might be shot, or you might have vaccume leak. Fuel pressure is adjusted vaccume line off and that is the max you should see without boost. When theres vaccume in intake the fuel pressure is lower.

Do you still have the stock computer in the car? My brother in laws surged at idle, and had similar issues until he got it chipped and tuned.

Have you set the TPS properly?
