Bought Another 5.0....

Got a steal on a 90 LX 5.0 5-speed convertible for a $1,000 bux clean title in hand.

It has a few mods already like BBK 70 mm T/B, BBK CAI, BBK shorty headers, Pulleys, Flows, and a B&M Ripper shifter.

Also has Weld draglights... but I am about to get the 17" chrome Pony R's instead.

What do you think? Deal or No deal? lol..

seems like a good deal to me hows the motor compression you should check it oh and miles?

I did buy it already and drove it home. The only problems I see are it has a exhaust leak in the factory h-pipe, it has no registration or inspection sticker, and it has 30lb injectors in it that need to come out. It needs the usual things like one of the door handles is broke on the outside and the inside.
It was sitting in a garage for quite a while, the guy I bought it from was in the military for years. It says 140,xxx miles but I was told it could be 40,xxx not sure yet.
It runs and drives good though nice solid car....

i doubt it has only 40 lol but 140 isnt bad... so its prob fine bro all your lights work? it looks like the body is striaght tight dude

Yea the lights work, the top motor works, the windows work, even the cruise control... lol, the AC however does need to be recharged.

Well, the GT beside it we picked up for even cheaper. We found it at a credit union, it had just been repoed and we went and looked at it and it did'nt start. So, we went in and asked how much they wanted for it because it did not start and they said $500 cash plus tax ect.. So we bought a starter and a new battory and it cranked up and drove home. Its a black on black 5-speed GT with 90,xxx miles on it.

We also have a white 65 fastback that we found that run and drove with a 289 and a 4 speed I believe paid $4,900 I think (but that was over 16 years ago)lol..

Also, about 8 months ago we bought a blue 67 coupe (not running) for $600 and a running 76 Ford F-250 with a 460 for $300.

Yea we have too many damn projects... lol.

And to add to that I just bought a 2008 Jeep Patriot a week ago... its my grocery getter/Mustang parts getter. ;-p Get's 30mpg on highway*

get the off road h-pipe from summit, 109 bucks mine fit perfect and i have some stock injectors but all the little plastic pintle cap thingers are broke off but i know you can buy new ones
