i do have a maf, and i have been told from a lot of guys to put the fuel pressure regulator and pump in and i should be closer to the 300 mark with what i have. basicly i was told that i have a lot more air flow but no extra fuel, which makes alot of sence. but before i put much more into the motor i want to get subframe connectors and the roll cage (roll cage becuase i have a convertable and have to have one running lower than 13.9's) if i get 24lb injectors or 30's how do you calibrate the MAF to them? the down pipes are smashed pretty good, thats something that i really would like to do, but i was thinking about running full 3" exhaust anyway, so no point in fixing just that when im going to be putting full 3" anyway. i have shorty headers, didnt really plan on getting long tubes just because i like the shortys.

also about the dyno numbers, they might have been a lil off becuase of my rear end. about 2 days after that i blew the pin out of the carrier into my pinion gear, putting a hole in the diff cover and all. so i did the rebuild of the whole axle, found the outer bearings were shot and the axles were shot where the bearings rode. latly i have noticed a large amount of power that i didnt used to have, so i have a feeling that carrier was pretty well shot and i think i might have been slipping some HP away in the friction material... or lack there of.

24's would suit you fine IMO. I would get some more fuel in there before I do anything else, there's a good chance you're running lean in the upper RPM's with those stock injectors and stock pump + that top end kit. That would be first on my list because you can cause some serious damage running lean.

you need to buy a MAF thats already calibrated to the 24# injectors.

I would also get a new mid-pipe if the one you have is flattened out.

ok, thanks for the MAF clarification. i think im going to run a whole new exhaust and leave the BBK shorty headers there. i think the mid pipe is ok, but with a whole new system it would fix any restrictions.
