I have just about every EFI and Carb intake on cars here now and very familiar with all of them ported and non ported. Not trying to argue at all but like I said. The Typhoon is by far the best bang for the buck IMO. I am not about to argue opinions but that's mine. ![]() I know you are a very educated/experienced fella, that I can tell from your other postings so I definitely respect your opinions. No argument intended.

The Typhoon is very close to the Edelbrock in design just a lot less expensive. I am sure most of you know how that happened already so I won't explain that part.

the holley systemax hands down.i have ran the edelbrock and trickflow also and the holley gave me the best pefromance out of the box.if you buy that bbk piece of shit i will come kick you in the nuts :LOL:

I have done more than a few Typhoons, but if you keep in mind that a good use Edelbrock is about the same money, I'd buy the Eddy first. Higher quality - but, the Chinese stuff has shown improvement with time.

I'd take a used Edelbrock over the Typhoon when available but if buying new then the Typhoon would get my vote.
