Quick Question about convertibles

I have a convertible 1988 and the top is really ratty. I want to replace the entire thing, but my car, there seems to be a second part of the top that snaps into some snaps along the edge of what was the back seat...is there someting that connects there to hide the inside of the mechanical parts of the top itself? and....is this everything I need to replace it?

I believe this is the head liner, which I think would look nice with the top up. If you buy this kit are you going to install it? or someone else

idk i hear the install is very difficult, so I'll probably get someone to do it. That link is everything i need to replace everything except the metal brackets right?

DO NOT DO YOUR OWN TOP i did one on my 88 4 banger it took me and my dad like 2+ weeks and we accidentaly ripped the corner of the top and its still not right i repeat please for you own sake and for all of us please get a pro to do it its a 98% chance you are probably going to f%^k it up i dont remember what the snaps are for
