Speed Density

My '87 Coupe, has speed density, and I'm not gonna change to Mass Air. Because I'm only 16 (17 in Jan.) I'm just building a quick daily driver. I heard you can do just about anything to speed density, as long as you don't add an aftermarket camshaft, and probably make more power. Is this true?

You can get away with most stuff, the major things (like heads, cam, intake) may cause problems - however some cams, heads, etc. won't cause problems.

Sometimes you can do a cam swap if you keep the duration at 220* or less at .050
