Will this be enough to get me there?
Will I see 500 N/A hp with this combo.
I just ordered the last parts last night. 408 stroker 10.7 to 1 compression Victor jr heads port matched Victor jr intake port matched Speed demon 850cfm Custom cam 233/241 duration .595/.618 lift 108lsa comp 1.6 roller rockers Mac long tube headers into prochanger with mac dumps Will this get me to 500 n/a hp? |

500hp out of a 408 is easy. Who is did or is grinding your cam? If you don't have it yet call Jay Allen at Camshaft Innovations - Home
If you don't have the headers or exhaust yet I would steer clear of the Mac junk. If you already have it I guess you are stuck with it for now unless you have some extra money to buy good stuff. It should make well over 500hp without a problem.

Mac stuff is junk. It doesn't fit for shit and rusts in the blink of an eye.

I was looking for the hollowed out rat nasty sound.
BTW just got a great deal on a Zex perimter system. I planned to spray this motor with maybe a 150-200 shot. |

I Decided as long is I was in the build process I would clean up the heads i bought. I sent out the heads for some porting which will hopefully help alot. I also returned my speed demon 850 and purchased a holley 950.
