It doesnt really matter how you run them as long as everything that needs vacum gets it.

Front port on the upper intake which doesn't have a brass port on it in your pic above should go to the pcv. The larger of the three ports on the back of the upper should go to the vac tree on the firewall. The two small ports on the back of the upper should go to the vac bundle towards the pas side and the other should go to fuel pressure regulator.. if you have mass air the map/bap sensor doesn't get a vac line to it. If your speed density then you have to have a dedicated vac line for it to the manifold somehow.

the only vaccuume u need to run is one of the small ones in the back need to go to the fuel pressure regulator, one of the big ones in the back need to go to the pcv valve and one of the big ones needs to go to the tree none of the other ones matter unless ur running smog and i believe ac uses a vaccume.

Anything to do with smog has been deleted off the car.

You could probably get away with running a single line from the rear connection to the PCV (if you using that), and the front connection to the stock vac tree on the firewall. Should be plain and simple?

Here is a pic of mine for reference. It is an old pic and looks sloppy so this may be what you DON'T want to do For me, there is a lot of stuff. I still have all emissions, heat controls, canister purge, fmu, ac, boost retard input etc.. It looks like crap but it works. I don't know where that "octopus" connector came from but my stock 5.8 bronco has one similar.

Im sure there's a lot of better ways mine could have been done. I know that octopus thing won't fit on the rear connection of the Systemax because of clearance with the FPR so I have the PCV on the rear connection by itself. I don't just have random vac lines attached although it looks like it, they are all in use . Although I still have the same amount of vac lines as before, that was an old picture so it looks a LITTLE better now.
