92 lx 5.0 Transmission Auto
I just bought a 1992 lx 5.0, AUTO. The guy told me the transmission was slipping so I put it on my trailer and brought it home. First of all it was 3 qts low on transmission fluid. He said he had it rebuilt a few hundred miles ago. If you put it in 1st then 2nd then drive, it seems to work. If you go from neutral to drive it does not work. It kinda seems like the shift cable is worn out. Any suggestions? I have not got up under it yet!
