Either way, I'm sure they are more accurate then the factory gauges and sending units on most cars. For about $15 a gauge, it's worth trying. If not for very specific number readings, at least you can spot trends.

Yes, they do. Just keep in mind that the cheap air/fuel gauges that run off the stock O2 sensor are never very accurate. The stock O2 sensors are optimized for emissions purposes and are great at telling you if you're precisely at 14.7:1, richer, or leaner. But they don't do a very good job at telling you how much richer or leaner you are.

I think the accuracy is probably ok with Sunpro. I think the cheaper price is more relative to how ugly they look.

im just saying this because i tried sunpro guages and the voltmeter shorted out on me and blew a fuse or two and i dont really trust my oil press. guage either

For what it is worth, I bought a mechancal SunPro oil pressure gauge to monitor my 5.8 Bronco (the stock gauge on that is worse then the one on the Mustang). I checked it full sweep with air with my air compressor and it tracked dead on. I don't know if that is a valid test or not though.
